How To Make Green Chutney At Home Step By Step

Green chutney goes well for chat items, sandwiches, samosas etc. I like to eat with masala papad. With just few ingredients, this is so easy to grind just under 10 mins. Adding almonds not only gives volume, thickness, lovely colour but it's also healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Coriander leaves chopped
  • 7 Almonds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • tablespoon  Yogert
  • 5 Garlic
  • Salt & Water As needed. 

  • Instructions:

  • Step-1: Clean the coriander leaves, remove the root part. Wash well twice and grind all the ingredients to make into a smooth chutney.( you can use the stem part of the coriander also)
  • Step-2: Add water while grinding as needed. It takes very less water, so add carefully. Lastly transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge.
  • GREEN CHUTNEY METHOD:
